Available Configurations

Curved Plate Stringer

Continuous curved steel plate forms the structural spine. Cost-effective for medium radii (1,500–3,000 mm). Suitable for residential and boutique hospitality.

Helical Beam (Box Section)

Structural RHS box beam cold-bent to radius. Superior load capacity for wide commercial staircases. Required for widths over 1,800 mm.

Cascading Curved (Double Stringer)

Dual curved stringers for staircases requiring no visible structural spine — treads appear to cascade from wall to wall. Classic grand hotel entrance form.

Frequently Asked Questions

What design information do you need to quote a curved staircase?
We need: (1) Inner and outer radius, (2) Total floor-to-floor height, (3) Stair width, (4) Preferred tread material, (5) Balustrade style. An architectural CAD file (DWG/DXF) is ideal but a dimensioned PDF sketch is sufficient to start.
How do you ship a curved staircase internationally?
Curved staircases are disassembled into sections — stringers, individual treads, handrail segments, and balustrade components — and packed in custom timber export crates with foam protection.
Can you match an existing material or finish already in the building?
Yes. We regularly match existing materials: same timber species for treads, matching RAL color codes for metalwork, and similar stone finishes. A physical color/finish sample is shipped for approval before production.

Typical Applications

  • Private villa and estate grand entrance foyers
  • 5-star hotel lobby feature staircases
  • Cruise ship and superyacht interior staircases
  • High-end retail flagship stores (fashion, jewellery, automotive)
  • Penthouse apartments and duplex lofts
  • Performing arts centers and cultural buildings
